I’m a strategist, operator, and communicator who has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of national security, technology policy, and institutional change—across the U.S. Department of Defense, the Brookings Institution, and now as founder of Gralia Strategies, LLC.
My work focuses on helping leaders and teams make better decisions under uncertainty: designing crisis simulations, leading cross‑organizational initiatives, and building structures that keep mission, people, and long‑term resilience at the center.
